We all do it, and most of us don't want to. We all judge ourselves and then project our judgments outward. In this process I often see myself as the victim of a lot of terrible things coming from the outside, but often my own thoughts are the most painful thing I experience.
In this episode I connect these two phenomena and reflect on how they influence my daily life and my feeling in the world.
